- By clicking the secure link the user is directed to the sign-in screen to enter credentials
Purpose Screen
- Upon signing in, members land on the "purpose screen," the first step in completing the application
- A progress tracker on the left indicates completion status
- On the right, a "why is this information important" section explains the reasoning behind each question
Application Questions
- Members must consent to SMS notifications for communication via text messaging
- A custom question asks about the credit union the member is working with, allowing Member First Mortgage to update the lender information
- Members indicate whether they have a signed contract and enter the property address or zip code if still shopping
- Members specify property usage (primary residence, second home, or investment) and property type
Financial Information
- Members must enter estimated purchase price and anticipated down payment
- If an earnest money deposit has been provided, enter the amount
- The system automatically calculates the percentage of down payment and loan amount
Applicant Information

Additional Consents and Information
- Members provide consent to receive documents electronically and to pull their credit report
- Members must provide their social security number
Assets and Real Estate Owned
- Members can declare their assets (checking account, etc.) by selecting "add asset" and providing the required amount
- The system prefills the address the applicant currently owns from their applicant data
- Members must indicate the property type, number of units, and property status (sold, retained, or pending sale)
Declarations and Government Monitoring
- Members answer declaration questions, with explanation boxes appearing if "yes" is selected
