Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

  • Basic needs consist of physiological and safety needs.

Physiological Needs

  • Most basic needs in Maslow's hierarchy
  • Essential for physical survival
  • Examples: air, food, drink, shelter, clothing, warmth, sleep, and health
  • If not met, the body cannot function properly

Safety Needs
