Laboratory Result Retrieval

  • Patient can view or download laboratory results online using their account.
  • Patient may opt for courier delivery of results to their location/address, applicable for home service patients with Imaging tests (e.g. X-ray film) only.
  • Delivery time: 3-5 working days for Metro Manila Area, 5-7 working days for Provincial Area.

Full Medical Exam (FME)

  • A general examination of the body performed by a doctor or general practitioner (GP).
  • FME report is given by the Primary Care Physicians (PCP) to the Releasing section right after the procedure.
  • Patients are not allowed to get a copy of FME directly from Hi-Precision.
  • Patients may coordinate with the Agent of Insurance to request for a copy from the underwriting department.

Laboratory Test and Preparations

  • Occult Blood Test (GUIAC): pea size about the size of a 25 centavo coin.
  • 24 Hour Urine Creatinine Clearance: ensure proper collection of urine sample, patient's height and weight are required.
  • Fecalysis (Stool): require patient to fill out CCF form, last menstruation period (at least 3 days after the last day).

Imaging Procedure and Preparations

  • X-RAY: a special method for taking pictures of internal areas of the body using a machine that focuses a small amount of radiation.
  • Female patients should sign on "I am not pregnant" stamp on the order form.
  • Kidney, Ureter, Urinary Bladder (KUB) X-Ray: no special preparation, patients will be asked to remove upper and lower garments and wear a gown during the exam.
  • Ultrasound: an imaging method that uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of structures within the body.
  • Hepatobiliary (Liver, Gb, Pancreas) Ultrasound: fasting for at least 6 hours, but does not require a full bladder.
