- Director of Archaeological Department (not required for land below a certain size).
- Processing fees are applicable, set at ₹5000 per hectare, with an additional annual increase of ₹500 per hectare.
- An area statement containing:
- Total area under the ITP.
- Area covered by Hill Top, Hill slope, CRZ, ESZ etc.
- Area under various D.P./R.P. Reservations.
- Plot Area of 2% Amenity Space (if any).
- Plot Area and Built-Up Area Allocations of Each Mandatory Town Level Amenities.
- After receiving the application, the government consults with a High Power Committee (HPC).
- The HPC is responsible for scrutiny, monitoring, promotions, transitions, and review of ITPs.
- Following HPC consultation, the government may grant Locational Clearance.
- The declaration of the project as an "Integrated Township Project" is made under sections 18(3) or 44(2) through official notification.
