Chapter 4 (SEBI) is expected to have a weightage of 6 to 8 marks and includes topics like Functions of SEBI, Powers of SEBI, SAT & its powers, Investigations by SEBI, SCORES, Process for lodging complaints on SCORES, and Matters not considered as complaints on SCORES.
