Types of Interviews

  • Puzzle Interview: a type of interview that tests a candidate's ability to think on their feet, approach a difficult situation, and make progress in the face of a challenge.
  • Lunch Interview: an informal interview over a meal, used to assess a candidate's personality and behavior outside of a formal office setting.
  • Group Interview: a type of interview where multiple candidates are interviewed together, often used for sales roles, internships, or positions where multiple people are being hired.
  • Apprentice Interview: an interview where the candidate is asked to complete an actual job task to demonstrate their skills.
  • Firing Squad: a type of interview where a candidate is interviewed by multiple people at the same time, often used for positions where the candidate will be working with a team.
  • Career Fair Interview: an impromptu interview where a candidate has 10-15 minutes to sell themselves to a recruiter for a chance to come in for a full interview.

Recruitment Process
