Logging into Ignition One Stop Shop

  • Navigate to the website: https://cmcignition03.challenge-mfg.com:8043/data/perspective/client/Root.
  • Click "LOGIN" at the top of the window.
  • Enter your network username, all lowercase, and in the email format.
  • Click "Continue."
  • Enter your network password (used to log into computer).
  • Click "Continue."
  • Log into Ignition.
  • Click "Start" to begin the process.
  • Click "Menu" on the left side of the One Stop Shop screen.
  • Click "Production" to reveal the Production Submenu.
  • Click "Material Requests Supervisory" in the Production Submenu.
  • This will display the Requests Dashboard.
  • Click the arrow on the left side of the screen to display a side menu.
  • Click "Hilo & Requests" in the side menu.

Hilo Dashboard

  • Displays information for Material Handlers on their scanners.
  • Features:
    • Book requests
    • Get locations
    • Review scanned items
    • Submit containers
    • Report low stock/mislabeled containers

Requests Dashboard

  • Contains a table showing currently requested parts.
  • Left table: zone and cells within each zone.
    • Allows creation and editing of zones.
    • Every work center in a zone must be submitted.
    • A workcenter can be in more than one zone.
  • Zones can be set up or adjusted by a supervisor.
  • Ability to create and download Excel reports (by date/time range)

Monitor Screen

  • Displays live part requests from the PLC (in chronological order).
  • Red row indicates a part request older than 20 minutes without delivery.
  • Table in lower left displays Material Handler's details:
    • Name
    • Number of completed requests
    • Average delivery time
    • Number of open requests in Material Handler's zone.

Low Stock Table

  • Displays part numbers reported by Material Handlers as potentially low in stock.

    • Material Handler who reported the low stock

Live Information and Requests History

  • Located in the top half of the Monitor Screen.
  • Left side: live information.
  • Right side: request history (displays in chronological order).

  • Graphs, showing percentages of requests by zone/day-to-day.

Cell Detail Button

  • Displays live data (pop-up window) for each workcenter where a request was completed.

  • Allows reviewing training slide shows for Hilo Drivers and Supervisors.
