**Logging into Ignition one stop shop** --------------------------------------- **Navigate to Ignition One Stop Shop** - In your internet browser, navigate to. - Click on the LOGIN at the top of the window **Type in User Name** - Where it says Log in to continue, type your network userna...
**Logging into Ignition one stop shop** --------------------------------------- **Navigate to Ignition One Stop Shop** - In your internet browser, navigate to. - Click on the LOGIN at the top of the window **Type in User Name** - Where it says Log in to continue, type your network username (it will be the beginning of your email address and must be all lowercase). - Click on Continue. **Type in Network Password** - Type in your network password (This is the password you use to log into your computer). - Click on Continue. Navigating to Materials Request supervisory and the Hilo & Requests submenu --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now that you have logged into Ignition, you will need to navigate to Material Requests Supervisory. Please click Start to see the process. On the left side of your One Stop Shop screen is the Menu. Click on Production to reveal the Production Submenu. In the Production submenu, click on Material Requests Supervisory This will display the Requests Dashboard. There will be an arrow in the middle of the left side of your screen that will display a Side menu. Click on it. At the top of the Side Menu is the Hilo & Requests Submenu. Click on it. In the Hilo & Requests submenu, you will see several options: - Hilo Dashboard (what Material Handlers will see on their scanners) - Requests Dashboard - Monitor Screen - Logs 1. Click on Production on the left side of your Ignition One Stop Shop screen to display the Production submenu. 2. In the production Submenu, Click on Material Request Supervisory 3. Click on the arrow on the left side of your screen to display the side menu 4. Click on Hilo & Requests in the side menu to see the Hilo & Requests submenu Hilo dashboard -------------- The Hilo Dashboard is what Material Handlers see on their scanners. There are several things that you can do in the Hilo Dashboard. - Book requests - Get locations - Submit Containers - Review your scanned items - Report low stock and mislabeled containers For more information about the Hilo dashboard or using a scanner for Materials Auto Call, please take Materials Auto Call for Material Handlers Requests Dashboard ------------------ There is a table on the left hand side of the Requests dashboard. This chart shows the current requested parts The table on the right hand side shows the zone and the cells within that zone. - You can create new zones or edit existing zones. - Every workcenter in the zone needs to be submitted. - Workcenters can be in more than one zone. - Zones need to be set up or adjusted by a Supervisor You can create and download a report to Excel. Select the date/time range and click the download button Monitor Screen -------------- In the upper left hand corner of the Monitor Screen you will see a table that shows the current parts that the PLC (\"brain\" of the workcenter) has requested. The requests will be listed in chronological order.\ It will list: - The workcenter - The Part number - The time the part was requested by the PLC - The zone the workcenter is in A row that is red indicates that the part was requested over 20 minutes ago, and hasn\'t been delivered. In the lower left hand portion of the Monitor Screen you will find a table and two buttons. When Productivity Table is clicked, it will display: - Material Handler\'s name - The number of requests completed by the Material Handler - The average time it took the Material Handler to deliver the parts - How many requests remain open in the Material Handler\'s zone Click on the Low Stock Table button to display the Low Stock Table In the Hilo Dashboard, Material Handlers have the ability to report part numbers that they feel we may have a low quantity of so that it can be investigated.\ \ The Low Stock Table displays the part numbers that were reported by the Material Handlers. The table will include: - Plant - Part number - Date reported - Material Handler who reported low stock for the part In the top half of the main portion of the Monitor Screen you will see Live Information on the left and Requests History on the right. - Live Information - Open Requests - Shows the number of requests that are currently open - In Progress - Shows how many requested parts have been booked by a Material Handler - Requests History - Average Delivery Time - Shows the average time it took between when the PLC requested the part and when it was delivered - Average Response time - Shows the average time it took between when the PLC requested the part and when the Material Handler booked it. In the bottom half of the main portion of the Monitor Screen you will see two graphs: - Zone Requests Pie Chart - Shows the percentage of total requests by zone - Live 24 Hour Stacked Column Chart shows information for the last 24 hours including: - How many requests there have been - How many requests have been resolved - How many requests have been booked In the upper right hand corner of the Monitor Screen, you will see three buttons. When you click on the Cell Detail button it will display a pop up window. This pop up window will show live data for each workcenter where a request was completed. Click on the drop down to select the workcenter. It will display: - Open Requests - Booked requests under In Progress - Total Scrap - Average Delivery time - Average response time (how long it took for the request to be booked) When you click on the Cell Hourly Button it will display another pop up window displaying a column chart. Click on the drop down to select a workcenter, and it will display the live hourly data for the selected workcenter where a request has been completed. When you click on the Requests History button it will display another pop up window displaying a different column chart. The Requests History column chart will show the total number of requests for each day. Logs Screen ----------- Everything on the logs screen is filtered by the date selected on the calendar in the upper left corner of the Logs Screen The center portion of the Logs Screen is the Scanned Items table. It will display all of the scanned items according to the date selected in the Calendar On the left side of the screen, under the calendar you will find the Total Scanned. This will display the total number of items scanned for the date selected in the calendar Underneath Total Scanned, you will find Total Scanned for Cell. This will display the total number of scanned items on the selected date for a specific cell which can be selected in the drop down. On the right side of the screen, you will find Download Report. This will download a report into an Excel File. You may filter by a number of different criteria: - Date/Time Range - Workcenter - Driver (Material Handler) Once you have selected your criteria, Click on the Download button Review Training/Submit Feedback ------------------------------- Ignition gives you the ability to review training slide shows for both Hilo Drivers and Supervisors. It also gives you the ability to submit feedback regarding the program (what isn\'t working, what is missing, suggestions for additions/modifications) To navigate to training or feedback, you will need to display the side menu (near the middle of the far left side of the screen). When you display the side menu, you will need to click on the back arrow At this point you will be able to select Trainings or Feedback When you click on Trainings, it will bring you to a screen with two slide shows. You can navigate through the slides for Hilo Driver or select Monitor to navigate through the slides for Supervisors When you click on Feedback, it will display the feedback window. Click into the Comments box, type your comments and click on the Submit Feedback button
