- Search Actions and select Change Job and Compensation Info in People Profile
- New request for Job Information with effective date
- Change Position or Pay Grade and Salary if needed
- Check if cash Allowance auto updated by system and Click Save

Key Aspects of the Promotion Management Approval Process
- Approval flows are initiated by HRBF, and approval is needed by the next approver and manager.
- Approvers include Racing Operations, Director of Racing Operations, HRBF, Head of HRBF, and CEO.
- For all other FTT staff approvers include Next AE Manager, RO
- Director of Racing Operations, HORO, EDPO.
- All approvers are expected to fulfill their "to-be" role.
- The final is the Next AE Manager Manager followed by the Director of Racing.
- For document preparation, P&OD and HRSS Mobility Team Lead Checker will need to check and review the letters.
- P&OD Signer, and HRSS Team Lead also complete the process.
- Open the email from the HRSS Checker and note title and username.
- Open the correct email, HRSS Checker should be able to see a hyperlink in blue-text called 'REVIEW the Document'.
- CHECK document S and HRSS Checker will be navigated to a Strato page with generated promotion contract.
Recipient profile validation steps
- The profile ID are correct
- Personal Information is complete, including legal and preferred name and salutation.
- Click the blue link of pending Promotion approval downside the Position Information to enter the Workflow Details.
- Employment Information & Organisation Information is complete.
Content Validation – Job Information
- Under the ‘Position Information’ section actors can find the before and after positions in ‘Position Information’ section
- Validate the before and after data in “Job Information”
- Select the corresponding job code, and actors can review Medical Check Up, Drug Test, Security Vetting)
Content Validation – Compensation Information
- Check UserID matches against the company.
- Navigate Compensation Section and check effective date
- Click blue-link and flowing window view details and any amounts for salary and benfits
- Check if there has medical plan contributions.
HRSS Checker Review Contract
- Cancel or review the contract has next steps.
HRSS Signature process
- Send back reason for updates, and what step is needed to re-do. Sign with company chop and save.
- HRSS Checker releases the promotion contract by conducting a communications and completing the task..

- After all data changes check entitlements again
- Input employee UserID into the search bar at the Pegasus homepage
- Go to Leave Management and Rostering/ Select Leave Details/Tab then View the various details against.
- Check the “Hire Date” against time of service.
- Prorating the date of hire will ensure details match correctly.
Job Data Changes
- Job data can be altered on selection of certain actions.
- Changes can range from employee data or time changes.
- Changes should have the correct data for approval.
