Luggage Handling and Security

  • Always keep the luggage room closed and dry to prevent any damage or loss.
  • Never leave guests alone in the luggage room to ensure their valuables are safe.

  • Separate clean and dirty items, sending dirty items for laundering.
  • Neatly fold and stack clothing and items, using:
    • Drawers for casual clothes like jumpers, t-shirts, and underwear.
    • Wardrobe for clothes like shirts, trousers, coats, suits, skirts, and gowns.
    • Bottom of the wardrobe for shoes, separated in pairs, polished and those requiring attention, and stacked by color and occasion.
