Phone Call Process

- Enter therapist schedule and create chart
- Put form in folder
Admission Process
- Provide demographic information and handbooks
- Get copy of insurance card
- Admit client from queue
- Enter client data, program, and PICIS
- Check OHCA Eligibility
- Complete intake packet

Nurse Responsibilities
