- Help Retail Manager with setup and operations of all sales channels like new outlets, pre-order systems, and online retailing
- Research new products and analyze existing categories to boost revenue across sales channels
- Serve as initial contact for local suppliers, shortlist products, liaise with P&L, and ensure supplier terms meet company needs
- Oversee stock movements from suppliers, verifying quantities and specifications upon delivery
- Work with suppliers, the company, and warehouses to ensure continuous product availability
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Analyst, Retail Manager, and P&L teams to optimize inventory levels and storage
- Monitor competitors' retail products and provide sales strategy input to enhance the company's offerings
- Track and report product defects or brochure quality issues to identify trends and determine causes
- Address external issues like manufacturing quality, incorrect packaging, or inaccurate documentation with suppliers to prevent recurrence
- Apply Service Delivery Quality Policy to ensure customer satisfaction
