- Health Equity: A human right, not a privilege, to achieve the highest level of health care regardless of social, economic, or environmental factors.

Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
- SDOH: Non-medical factors influencing health status and equity.
- Domains: Healthcare quality, neighborhood environment, social/community context, economic stability, education access.
- Examples: Income, employment, food security, social support, neighborhood conditions, education, housing, access to utilities, and cultural factors (immigration status, language barriers).
