- Physical, mental, and sexual safety and comfort are basic rights for everyone at Rovio.
- Harassment of any kind is not tolerated and violates the Code and laws and regulations.
- It is everyone's responsibility to influence the safety of working at Rovio by following the Code and intervening to stop any detected harassment.
- Abusing a work-related position of power to conduct harassment is highly unethical and violates the Code.
- Harassment is any unwelcome conduct, comment, gesture, or physical contact that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
- Harassment can be based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
- If you have been harassed, inform the person conducting it, report it to the employer, take notes, and get additional external support if needed.
- If you witness harassment, intervene, inform and report it, and take notes.
- If you are accused of harassment, listen, be critical of yourself, explain, apologize, and discuss possible ways to resolve the situation.
- Rovio will investigate each harassment case, intervene without delay, examine the case objectively, take necessary actions to solve the situation, and take appropriate disciplinary action(s).
