Cancellation and Refunds

  • Penalties apply for other cancellation reasons.
  • Refunds should be expected within one month of cancellation request.
  • Some cancellation fees are applicable.

Accommodation

  • Pilgrims are accommodated in separate rooms (male/female) in compliance with KSA regulations.
  • Accommodation must be pre-booked in Saudi Arabia according to KSA regulations.
  • Accommodation in Makkah and Madinah will be allocated based on availability.
  • Accommodation in Mina will be based on tent and space availability.

Rubat Accommodation

  • Pilgrims entitled to stay in Rubat will be accommodated in Rubat, subject to KSA norms.

  • HCol is not responsible for SIM Card arrangements for pilgrims.

Change of Accommodation
