GSB Process
- A request is made from Tokyo Automobiles Lahore to Tokyo Automobiles Karachi over the phone to a responsible person.
- The request is manually recorded and handed over to Mr. Qadir, the godown-in-charge.
- Mr. Qadir creates S.I.T and GSB documents.
- The GSB is approved by Mr. Usman.
- Goods are sent to Lahore via transportation, and a Bilty is collected.
- The GSB is handed over to the accounts department.
- A system-generated GSB is created with the signatures of:
- Mr. Usman (Owner)
- Mr. Qadir (Godown-in-charge)
