Requisition Numbers (RQN)
- RQN includes three essential components: Federal Supply Class, Country Code, and Unique ID.
- Two types of RQNs:
- Non-Operational Ready Supply (NORS) requires a CASREP report.
- Anticipated Non-Operational Ready Supply (ANORS) does not require a CASREP.
Allowance Parts List (APL)
- APL is a technical document listing components for specific equipment.
- Found in Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) or Operational Maintenance Management System (OMMS).
- Parts are ordered against the APL by maintenance personnel.
Allowance Equipment List (AEL)
- AEL comprises parts and supplies necessary for the ship's operation.
Operational Target (OPTAR) and Temporary Additional Duty Travel Target (TADTAR)
- OPTAR allocates funds for consumable products and emergency repairs.
- TADTAR funds travel for training, emergencies, or non-Navy conferences.
OPNAV Forms
- OPNAV 4790/CK documents configuration changes.
- OPNAV 4790/2K ("Two-kilo") is an Automated Work Request (AWR) for requesting external assistance or parts.
Casualty Report (CASREP)
- CASREPs are official messages detailing deficiencies that impact mission capabilities.
- Categorized into three types based on mission impact:
- CAT2 (secondary mission degradation)
- CAT3 (primary mission degradation)
- CAT4 (primary mission loss).
- Four message types exist: INITIAL, UPDATE, CANCELLATION, and FINAL.
Fleet Freight/Cargo Routing Message
- Ensures timely delivery of repair parts based on the ship's schedule.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Provides essential information about chemicals used on board.
Repair Parts Petty Officer (RPPO)

Government Travel Charge Card Program (GTCC)
