Assessment Methods
- Attendance and participation: 10 points (0.5 points per class)
- Two graded assignments: 20 points each, based on 30 multiple-choice questions each.
- Final Examination: 70 points (50 multiple-choice questions), covering course content from Lecture 1 to 26.
- Total: 100 points
Absence Requests
- Students must inform the instructor by email before class of any absence and attach the appropriate form from their faculty.
- A medical certificate is required for medical absences.
- Email should include student name, absence date, and course name.
- Students will receive a failing grade if absence exceeds 20% of course duration.

- Multiple-choice questions.
- Non-graded for practice.
- Two graded assignments (30 questions, 10 points each): The first covers lectures 1-11 (due before lecture 14); the second covers lectures 15-23 (due before lecture 27).
