Gate Pass Documents for Employees

This document provides the necessary information to identify a non-Saudi employee whose employment status is linked to an iqama, which is a specialized residency permit issued in Saudi Arabia.

To obtain a gate pass, non-Saudi employees with an iqama must provide a valid Absher account, a valid Tawakkalna app, a valid iqama, and a recent photo with a white background.

Non-Saudi employees who are not linked to an iqama but are residing in Saudi Arabia with a passport must provide a valid passport, visa, proof of vaccination in the country of origin, and a recent photo with a white background.

Saudi employees must show a valid national ID, a valid Tawakkalna app, a recent photo with a white background, and proof of vaccination in Saudi Arabia.

Non-Saudi workers, regardless of their status in the country, are required to provide both a hard copy of their passport-sized picture and their personal social media email address when applying for a gate pass.
