- Adults:

- Asthma/Anaphylaxis: 0.3-0.5 mg (1:1,000) SQ/IM, max of 1 mg
- Alternative for Anaphylaxis: 0.1 mg (1:10,000) IV over 5 minutes or IV infusion 1-4 mcg/min
- Pediatrics:
- Cardiac arrest: 0.01 mg/kg (1:10,000) IV/IO every 3-5 minutes
- Bradycardia: 0.01 mg/kg (1:10,000)
- Asthma/Anaphylaxis: 0.3-0.5 mg (1:10,000) SQ, max of 0.3 mL
- Alternative for Anaphylaxis: 0.01 mg/kg IM (1:1,000) or IV infusion 0.1-1 mcg/min
