    Bonus Structure

    • Employer reserves the right to review and adjust bonus structure after the initial 12-month period, in line with business performance and in agreement with the Employee.

    Holiday and Sickness

    Notice Period

    • Notice period for terminating the Agreement is 3 months.
    • Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice to the other party, in accordance with the notice period.

    Employment Status

    • Employee's employment status shall be permanent and full-time.

    Visas, Background Checks, etc.

    • Employer's employment offer is contingent upon Employee proving they have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom or their ability to secure that legal right through a valid visa.

    Job Title and Duties

    • Employee shall be employed as a Founding Engineer.
    • Duties include leading development and implementation of mobile applications, designing and building efficient and reliable code, establishing software development protocols, and ensuring scalability and security of software and infrastructure components.

    Work Hours and Overtime

    • Employee's standard work hours will be from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
    • Employee may be required to work beyond standard work hours to fulfill duties of the position, as reasonably required by the Employer.

    Travel

    • Employee may be expected to travel within the United Kingdom and possibly abroad for business purposes.
