Account Renaming and Transfer
- All existing accounts for stalls and rental spaces must be renamed or transferred to the respective establishment owners.

Meter Installation and Account Types
- ORMECO (the electric company) will install a "mother meter" for commercial and residential establishments.
- Commercial accounts include public and private commercial stalls, private hospitals, public and private markets, and apartments.
- Residential accounts only apply to apartment-type connections.
- If a building is designated for commercial purposes, the account is considered commercial.
- If the establishment owner is unwilling to install a mother meter, a Tripartite Agreement must be executed.

- The defective kWh meter is replaced immediately, and the Lineman submits a Service Memorandum to the Billing Section.
- For big-load consumers, they are responsible for the cost of replacing defective meters.
- They can use their own meter or purchase one from ORMECO. If neither is available, they sign a conformity letter for billing adjustments.
- For defective meters upon testing:
- Meter is subject to testing and temporary replacement.
- The consumer is informed of the inspection findings.
- The consumer may witness the calibration test at the Main Office or authorize the action of the District Supervisor.
- The District Supervisor takes the meter to the Main Office for testing.
- A report is generated, and the TSD Manager approves any recommended meter replacement.
- The test report is submitted to the consumer.
- The Lineman presents the details of the replacement to the consumer for approval via a Service Memorandum.
- The ASD replaces the meter, and the Lineman submits the Service Memorandum to the Billing Section.
- The District Supervisor returns the temporary replacement to the warehouse.
