The purpose of the guideline is to provide standardized responses to drowning incidents classified by Northwest Central Dispatch (NWCD).
The policy is to follow the guideline, but it can be altered for a more appropriate response based on information received from NWCD or to achieve a faster response.

Procedure for Reported Drowning

The response will be categorized into two types: DROW 1 and DROW 2.
DROW 1 response:
- District 21: Eng. 21, Tower 22, Amb. 21, and Bat 6
- District 22: Eng. 22, Tower 22, Amb. 22, and Bat 6 (Area A and B)
