Legal Residence

• Buyer provides their legal address and notifies the seller of any address change
• Official notifications to the buyer, per their procedure, are considered notifications to the seller.

Dispute Resolution

• Parties attempt negotiation for 7 days
• If no resolution after 7 days, case goes to Kocaeli Courts and Execution Offices.
