- 2.36: Repeated failure to be on time for duty or intentional slowing of response to the public
- 2.37: Male employees not entering the cellblock reserved for female inmates without a female Corrections deputy
- 2.38: Engaging in controversies or making arrests in personal quarrels, except in self-defense or to prevent injury
- 2.39: Not reporting disputes involving employees to the affected Division Director
- 2.40: Dismissing charges against a person without sufficient good reason or approval
- 2.41: Making promises or arrangements between a criminal and their victim to reduce charges or permit escape
- 2.42: Not taking arrestees to jail for booking promptly after making an arrest
- Level Three Violations:
