  • 10 days before the start date: Conduct a call with the assigned instructor to introduce yourself, discuss technical support needs, and remind them to prepare and upload their message, create a Zoom link, and agree on uploading course materials.

Class List and Discrepancies

  • 6 days before the start date: Compare the 'Class List' shared by the Admissions Unit with the 'CRN Participant List' on SSB and the 'Attendance List' on Moodle, and report any discrepancies to the Admissions Unit concerned staff member.

UN Women Scholarship Programs and Assessment

  • 5 days before the start date: Coordinate with the concerned Program Manager regarding pre and post-assessment for UN Women Scholarship Programs.

Final Preparations

  • 5 days before the start date: Ensure the instructor's message and Zoom link are uploaded to the course account, and send an announcement (including the 'Welcome Note' for new programs) to participants.
