Uniform and Grooming

• The third-language badge must be pinned next to the left end of the name badge. (CCGG 66, REV.6)
• The Cabin Crew Grooming Guidance is specifically prepared to facilitate the conduct and guidelines of cabin crew personal appearance. (CCGG REV.6)

Hair and Nail Care

• Female cabin crew hairstyles must not be extremely curly, and braids and cornrows can be worn with the hair bun. (CCGG 13, REV.6)
• The bun must be positioned between 1 o'clock and 4 o'clock when viewed from the side profile. (CCGG 13, REV.6)
• Nail polish tones allowed are nude shade, clear, or white shade. (CCGG 12.1, REV.6)

Shoes and Cosmetics

• Female cabin crew shoes must have a heel height of not more than 3 inches. (CCG G35, REV.6)
• Strong fragrances and lipsticks not permitted are extremely pale, lip gloss only, and nude. (CCGG 11.3, REV.6)

Uniform Jacket and Apron

• Male cabin crew must wear a complete uniform in public view, with special cases regarding health approved by QA. (CCGG 2, REV.6)
• Uniform apron is to be worn except during take-off and landing. (CCGG Bulletin03, REV.6)

Jewelry and Accessories

• Watches with a dial width not exceeding 44 mm are permitted. (CCGG 70, REV.6)
• Lanyard ID card holder provided by the company is allowed. (CCGG 67, REV.6)

Health and Hygiene

• Cabin crew must wash hair/brush and floss teeth regularly, and use deodorants or antiperspirants. (CCGG 6, REV.6)
• Shaving before the flight is not recommended. (CCGG 6, REV.6)

Conduct and Responsibilities

• Cabin crew must adhere to customs and immigration inspections procedures. (CCH 2.2)
• Crew-in-Charge is responsible for supervising and being responsible for safety, security, and service in all classes on the flight. (CCH 1.2)
• Cabin crew must refrain from using a mobile phone while in public and in uniform. (CCH 2.2)

Leave and Commendation

• A cabin crew member is entitled to Z81 PERSONAL LEAVE for marriage or family matters. (CCH 2.3)
• Code "INDIRECT COMMENDATION" is L97. (CCH 2.3)
• The highest level of penalty is employment termination. (CCH 2.5)

Documents and Reimbursement

• Cabin crew must submit health check-up documents via the iCARE system before 23.59 Bangkok local time on the 25th of the month. (CCH 2.6.3)
• Original receipt with personnel number is required for reimbursement of physical examination charge. (CCH 2.6.3)

Authority and Penalty

• Cabin Crew Management (QA) is the primary authority responsible for penalizing offending cabin crew members. (CCH 2.4)
• Crew in Charge (CIC) is responsible for ensuring each crew member carries valid and updated travel documents. (CCH 2.8)### Evaluation Prioritization
• Evaluators should prioritize Cabin Crew in Charge (CIC) for assessment as a first priority based on the frequency of evaluation.

Social Security Coverage

• Social Security covers risks including sickness, childbirth, disability, death, child allowance, old age, and unemployment among members, including cabin crew members.

Charter Flight Definition

• A charter flight is a flight where all the seats are paid for by a travel company and then sold to customers.
