Reporting in BSO Matters
- Employees are required to submit all records promptly and ensure official communications are thorough, accurate, and complete.
- Verbal and written communications must be forthright and candid, with no false or inaccurate information.
- The policy was reviewed on May 5, 2016, revised on March 6, 2017, and rescinds the previous policy from September 12, 2013.
- The policy became effective on March 20, 2017.
Promptness and Readiness
- Employees are required to report for work at the specified time and place, properly attired and equipped.
- Employees must maintain a state of readiness while on duty, consistent with BSO's immediate emergency response posture.
- Employees are not allowed to participate in activities that might significantly delay their response to emergency calls, unless directed by their supervisor.
- Exceptions to this rule can be made by the employee's supervisor.
