The Sun, its Light, and its Heat

The sun, its light, and its heat are three distinct entities that make up one thing, similar to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit being one God.
The sun cannot exist without its light and heat, just as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit exist together and are never separate.

The Equilateral Golden Triangle

The equilateral golden triangle represents the connection and unity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who share one Holy Nature.
Each side of the triangle (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) has specific qualities that are different from one another, but they are equal and never separated.
The Father is the origin, the Son is begotten of God, and the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is God, as stated in Job 33:4.
The Holy Spirit dwells in us after baptism and the Sacrament of Confirmation, making us children of God.
The Holy Spirit supports us in our spiritual lives when we practice the means of grace (praying, fasting, reading the Bible, repenting, confessing, and receiving communion).
As we continue to practice the means of grace, we grow spiritually and are filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18).
The Holy Spirit's work in us is symbolized by the oil that lights the lamps, and the fruit of the Holy Spirit is shown in our lives through love, joy, peace, and other virtues (Galatians 5:22-23).
Being filled with the Holy Spirit brings us true joy that comes from Him.
