Notification to the Accountable Manager of Deviation Between Workload and Man-Hour Availability

• The Accountable Manager and the Manager MRO Quality Assurance & Safety need to be notified of any 25% variations between the workload and the available man-hour over a period of one month.

Type of Planning (Man-Hours Availability Versus Workload)

• All task cards must be cleared from the master index and tally sheet in both soft and hard copy

Crew planner

• A man-hour plan will be prepared based on a 10-day plan.
• There will be advice for respective production planner, hangar manager and quality assurance if there is any greater than 25% variance.

• AD, EO, and SB compliance reports from Maintenix system.

• Check for completeness of archiving of WP documents.

Post Mortem Preparation

• Production planner does post maintenance summary report, opportunities and strength analysis, review project key parameters (quality, cost, time), carry over tasks review, and material cost analysis.
• Each section performance should be reported.
• Send completed packages to documentation for archive.
