  • Make sure there is an identification tag on the item

Wheelchair Stowage

  • Two (2) folding/collapsible wheelchairs in the cabin
  • First come, first served basis
  • Will bump revenue passengers
  • Subject to size restrictions
  • Secured with wheelchair straps or placed in wheelchair pouch if it will not fit on the floor

Announcements

  • Expedited Seating: announced after every 20 customers board the aircraft and continued until boarding is complete

  • 40 minutes (45 minutes for headstart flights): Face-to-face confirmation with the CSA must be completed to ensure all required Flight Attendants are on the aircraft and ready for customer boarding.
  • Customer boarding begins.

Departure and Taxi-Out

  • ALL-CALL DEPARTURE:
    • "A" will share passenger count information with "C" verbally.
    • On an A320/A321NEO, Flight Attendant "D" is required to be on All-Call to receive passenger count from Flight Attendant "A" but not required to verbally confirm the AFT doors.
  • "All-Call" Departure:
    • The main cabin door has been closed.
    • All customers should remain seated with seat belts fastened, and all carry-on items, including laptops, should remain stowed.
