الجهاز العضلي

• 雅وجد مع العظام مكونا الجهاز العضلي والهيكلي الذي يدمج الأربطة والاوتار والغضاريف معا، وله وظائف هامة للجسم.
• 雅تشترك العظام والعضلات في عملية التوازن الداخلي، حيث تعمل العظام على المحافظة على الثبات النسبي لمستوى أيون الكالسيوم في الدم اللازم لانقباض العضلات.

وظائف العضلات

• 雅ستعمل العضلات الطاقة لتوليد القوة والحركة لاستخدامها لواسطة الفرد في تنظيم بيئته الداخلية.
• 雅ساعد الإنسان على الوقوف والجلوس في أوضاع سليمة متزنة مع ملاحظ قوة الجاذبية الأرضية.
• 雅-produces energy to maintain body temperature when exposed to cold weather through muscle contractions (shivering).
• 雅-responsible for speech, grasping objects, and performing daily tasks through muscle contractions.

أنواع العضلات

• 雅umber of muscles in the body: around 600, with different shapes, either attached to bones or embedded in the body.
• 雅muscles consist of 15% non-fibrous material and 85% fibrous material, with the latter composed of 75% water and 25% solid materials.
• 雅solid materials in muscles consist of 20% carbohydrates, fats, and minerals, and 80% proteins.

العضلات الهيكلية skeletal muscles

• 雅named as skeletal muscles because they are attached to bones and are also known as striated muscles due to the presence of actin and myosin filaments.
• 雅controlled by the nervous system through motor neurons, which connect to skeletal muscles, making them voluntary muscles.
• 雅can also have reflexive, non-voluntary responses to pain or heat in the spinal cord.
• 雅attached to bones through tendons, with the origin tendon connecting to the stronger bone and the insertion tendon connecting to the bone with more freedom of movement.
