General Acceptance Conditions
- Customers may appoint an Acceptance Commission for testing at the Supplier's factory.

Modifications During Production
- Suppliers can incorporate modifications as long as they do not affect specification criteria.
- Customer consent is required if modifications lead to delivery delays or changes in Acceptance Specifications.
Division Into Lots
- Lot size is defined in the contract, typically 10,000 items plus acceptance test quantities.
- For lots between 3,201 and 10,000 rounds, the same test schedule applies.
- Lots must consist of items produced under the same conditions in a uniform sequence.
Conducting Acceptance Tests
- Random samples must be taken from each lot following the test schedule.
- Quality assurance measures must be satisfied and documented.
- A signed list of components used should be provided to the Acceptance Commission prior to acceptance tests.
Test Certification
- Suppliers must verify compliance with technical requirements by issuing certificates to customers.
- Certificates must include results of the tests and copies forwarded to the Acceptance Commission.
Defect Classification
- The Acceptance Commission evaluates defects not previously listed relative to potential hazards.
- Defects attributed to weapons during firing tests are not counted; necessary repairs or replacements will be made, followed by retests.
- Rounds must be conditioned for at least 12 hours at required temperature before firing tests.
Final Sentencing
- Lots that do not conform to Acceptance Specifications are rejected to the Supplier.
- Any further actions must be collectively agreed upon by the Acceptance Commission.
Test Schedules and Detailed Assessments
- For serial lots of 3,201–10,000, the test schedule includes non-destructive tests, destructive tests, firing tests, and further assessments.
- Total sample size for testing amounts to 32 assessments covering various criteria.
- Non-destructive tests for packing ensure compliance with contract and marking specifications.
Non-Destructive Test Conditions
- Packing inspection for appearance and proper marking is critical.
- Defects can range from critical damage to missing seals, categorized as major issues.
