Types of Communication

Nonverbal Communication
- Sending messages without talking. Includes facial expressions, head positions, arm and hand movements, body posture, and positioning of legs and feet.
- Being aware of non-verbal communication helps interpret signals and send signals to others. It helps build trust, project confidence, and demonstrate interest.
