WINTER ARC CHALLENGE WHAT IS WINTER ARC? A darkest and coldest arc or period in a year in which you get rid of every distractions every fake dopamine that are present in your life and form new habits ,chase real dopamine ,build a physique ,grow in every aspect This time you have to become invincible (too powerful to be defeated) , so How can you do it ? How will you become powerful ? How to take control over your mind ? THINGS TO DO IN WINTER ARC CHALLENGE : The main objective is to train your mind and body to that level so that nobody can defeat you not even you 1- WAKE UP AT 4 AM Why 4 am? You have to be 4-5 hours ahead of rest of the world ,where everyone wake up around 7 or 8 you will wake up at 4AM ,when its darkest and coldest time of the day. It will train your mind so hard ,nobody wants to wake up at 4AM right? But you will show yourself that your are invincible 2- SHAVE YOUR HEAD This is most important, WHY? It will differentiate you from other those normal people who will say they are doing winter arc challenge but they don’t even have that gut to get rid of there precious hair. Just imagine letting go off the things that are precious to you ,that you don’t want to lose that’s why you will get rid of them , DO YOU HAVE GUTS? DO YOU REALLY WANT TO TRANSFORM THIS WINTER? It will help you to track progress ,just imagine 1st of OCTOBER 2024 you with no hair ,no physique , no strong mentality, no confidence, no self esteem, no nothing. Now imagine 28th of FEBRUARY 2025 with grown hair , grown physique, stronger mentality ,fully confident ,nothing above then self esteem.See the difference, as your hairs will grow everything will grow with it your physique ,mentality , confidence everything. Also whenever you feel less motivated or wanted to give up just see your self in mirror it will hit you hard for sure i guarantee it. 3- ICE BATH The cold water can trigger the release of endorphins and norepinephrine, which can improve your mood and reduce stress and anxiety Ice baths can help with weight loss by increasing your metabolic rate and burning fat (This is science based) According to my experience: See its around 4:30 do you want to go in cold water? Its still dark , everyone is sleeping, it’s cold af do you still wanna do it? Your mind saying just stop it no need for it but still you do it , WHO WINS? YOU OR MIND? First thing in your day you are fighting with your mind and you are winning daily , just imagine how strong will this make you. Ice baths can help with weight loss by increasing your metabolic rate and burning fat: 4- 20 PAGES OF SELP HELP BOOK Knowledge will help you grow your mentality, it will help you chase real dopamine It will increase your communication skill ,also self help books helps you in find ways to control your urges and you mind. See the main goal is to grow in every aspect so why not in communication and real dopamine. 5- 2 TIME WORKOUT A DAY Are you insane ? Who does workout 2 time a day, it is so hard? It is hard that’s why very less people are ready to it ,cause they just can’t convince themself for 2 time workout a day ,isn’t it good the more lesser people in challenge more better, as these people who say i am going to become invincible this winter arc , do you guys really mean that? if yes show me. 6- 20 MINUTE MEDITATION DAILY As i said chase real dopamine. Do i really need to explain this point? If you have ever tried meditation you know how it affects you ,and for the ones who haven’t tried meditation do it you will get your answers, let’s keep this secret for you ,find it out on your own 7- WORK ON YOUR GOAL As we have to grow in every aspect during this arc take a goal whatever it is starting a business ,clearing competitive exams ,growing social media, just focus on it head down and work work work. 8- PROPER DIET ROUTINE No junk no cheat meals for this winter. Help you in control your urges and fight with that coward mentality Food is the fuel in which you body runs better provide it nutritious food rather than junk 9- DO ALL 8 EVERY SINGLE DAY Main idea is to grow your mentality to next level and best instruments for it is DISCIPLINE AND CONSISTENCY.also this is the criteria where 99% people will fail and it is what i want , i want that 1% people with me who are ready to do everything that takes to become invincible this winter. THINGS YOU CAN’T DO THIS WINTER ARC: 1: NO MASTURBATION 2: NO JUNK FOOD 3: NO FAKE DOPAMINE LIKE REELS AND SHORTS 4: NO ALCOHOL , CIGARETTES , ANY TYPE OF INTOXICATION THIS WINTER ARC IS YOU VS YOU , THE FIGHT IS WITH YOURSELF THAT COWARD LET’S KILL THAT COWARD AND BECOME A WARRIOR.
