A. Synergy Hub 1 - - - Raj Completed Description: - The Synergy Hub is envisioned as a dynamic and collaborative space where participants converge to exchange ideas, foster innovation, and co-create practical and tangible solutions for real-world challenges. - This hub embodies the spirit of synergy, emphasizing the combined efforts of diverse individuals and organizations working towards a collective impact greater than the sum of their individual contributions. - The term "Synergy" underscores the emphasis on harmonious cooperation, where the intersection of ideas and expertise results in solutions that address the complexities of today's real-world problems. - This hub is not merely a physical space but a dynamic platform that encourages the exchange of insights, the cultivation of partnerships, and the synthesis of diverse perspectives.. They have to find individuals who match the prompts on their Bingo cards. Those individuals will have to write their signatures on the Bingo Cards. The first person to fill the entire card will have to shout “Bingo!” - Faci Touch Points: - PROG will be the one facilitating the event. Facis will be asked to go to one side of the place. - Make sure that all the members of your organization is present and participating. b) Discussion Space - Description: - The Synergy Hub Discussion Space provides a dedicated platform for participating organizations to engage in discussions. During this segment, organizations will have the opportunity to delve into topics, exchange ideas, and collaborate towards finding innovative solutions. - Organizations will be pre-paired prior to the event, relevant to their background, context, advocacy, etc. - PROG will give them details about their partner organizations a week before XChange proper, which include its background, advocacy, summary of projects and initiatives. - During the Discussion Space, they will be thoroughly discussing the following: - Introduction of Organizations - Social Issue Topics - Solution/Collaboration Proposals - Encouraged to be specifically targeted to the social issue common for both organization - Can also just be a development of a current project/initiative through collaboration of the two organizations - Throughout the allotted time, they also have to craft a presentation about their collaborative proposal. This presentation will be guided by a framework. - Other Technicalities: - Materials Needed: Link to the Org Pair’s Slide Deck Template, List of Prompts - Faci Touch Points: - We must have a good understanding of the framework that will be used during the discussion space. - Through that understanding, we must assist them in their dialogues or be of help in jumpstarting the conversations for the participating organizations using sample prompts like: - Can you briefly introduce your organization and its primary areas of focus? - What inspired your organization to participate in this collaborative discussion? - Could you share a recent project or initiative your organization has been involved in? - What social issue or challenge do you believe requires urgent attention and action? - - How does this social issue align with your organization's mission and advocacy? - Are there any specific goals or outcomes you hope to achieve through this collaborative effort? - What unique strengths or resources does your organization bring to the table? - Have you encountered any obstacles or challenges in addressing this social issue in the past? - How do you envision our organizations collaborating to develop innovative solutions? - What steps can we take to ensure effective communication and coordination between our organizations throughout this process? Once we feel that they are already capable of working on their own, empower them to do so by letting them own the conversations. Minimally guide them whenever they have questions but make sure that we won't be disruptive to their collaborations. B. (!)
