Get another piece of BM patty from the UHC. Lay it on the bottom side of the bowl, overlapping the patty and egg. 5. Pour 1-oz (or 30-cc) of Mushroom Pepper Sauce over the 2nd patty. Top with 3-5 pieces of mushroom slices. 6. Gently pass to the HLZ/ OAT.
