ANY HEALTH OR SAFETY ASPECT OF THE OPERATION BEING UNDERTAKEN WITH WORKERS’ RIGHT TO REPORT ACCIDENTS THE PARTICIPATION OF SUPERVISORS WORKERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AND WORKERS; SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REPORT ASSIST GOVERNMENT INSPECTORS IN ACCIDENTS , DANGEROUS OCCURENCES, THE CONDUCT OF SAFETY AND HEALTH AND HAZARDS TO THE EMPLOYER, TO INSPECTION AT ANY TIME WHENEVER THE DOLE AND TO OTHER CONCERNED WORK IS BEING PERFORMED OR DURING THE CONDUCT OF AN ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION BY PROVIDING NECESSARY INFORMATION AND OSH REPORTS AS REQUIRED BY THE OSH STANDARDS; AND ISSUE WORK STOPPAGE ORDER (WSO) WHEN NECESSARY BASED ON THE REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES PROVIDED BY THE OSH STANDARDS. SAFETY OFFICER 1 (S01) PRESCRIBED TRAINING MINIMUM OSH ON OSH EXPERIENCE MANDATORY EIGHT (8)-HOUR OSH ORIENTATION COURSE AND TWO(2) – HOUR TRAINERS’ TRAINING SAFETY OFFICER (S02) PRESCRIBED TRAINING MINIMUM OSH ON OSH EXPERIENCE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PERSONNEL AND MANDATORY FORTY FACILITIES (40) – HOUR BASIC OSH TRAINING COURSE COVERED WORKPLACES SHALL HAVE APPLICABLE TO THE QUALIFIED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH INDUSTRY PERSONNEL SUCH AS CERTIFIED FIRST- AIDERS, NURSES, DENTISTS, AND PHYSICIANS DULY COMPLEMENTED SAFETY OFFICER 3 (S03) WITH THE REQUIRED MEDICAL SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES.
