All rights reserved. MyAccount Terminology Non-electronic User Individuals that do not have access to the Internet and need help from PPL Admin to enroll with PPL. Electronic User Individuals that do have access and can register for MyAccount access Referral Term for enrolling a participant in PPL through MyAccount system. Registration Term for setting up user MyAccount account. Important: PPL personnel should NOT attempt to register on behalf of a Member or a Worker. Participants will need to click on the link and verify the following credentials in MyAccount: » First Name » Last Name » Social Security Number (SSN must be entered in XXX-XX-XXXX format) » Date of Birth (DOB must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format) The participant will select Start Registration at the bottom of the page and confirm the information entered. » The participant can update and enter additional information on the Personal Details page & click Next to continue » The participant must create an account password, security questions and click Next. » Once they are done, they click the Finish Button. Once they complete their registration in MyAccount they will receive a 2nd email with a confirmation link to complete their enrollment. When they click this link, they will be directed to their MyAccount Dashboard to create an e-signature and complete their enrollment forms online using the self-service option and their account activation will be complete. www.publicpartnerships.com Provider registration Providers will need to click on the link and verify the following credentials: » First Name » Last Name » Social Security Number (SSN must be entered in XXX-XX-XXXX format) » Date of Birth (DOB must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format) The Provider will select Start Registration at the bottom of the registration page. The Fields on the next few pages are prepopulated based on the information entered by the Employer/Consumer. » The Provider can enter additional information on the Personal Details page or click Next to continue » The Provider will enter an account password, create security questions on the Account Details page and click Next. » The Provider can enter additional information or update the pre-populated information on the Contact Details page if needed. » Once they are done, they click the Finish Button. Once they finish the account registration, they will receive a 2nd email with a confirmation link. Registration status description: 1. Pre-registration Created: Referral/ Provider hiring 2. 3. 4. 5. application has been submitted and a registration link has been sent to the user. Pre-registration Failed: If the system finds an error with information entered for the Participant/Provider, there will be an indicator that it failed and the email inviting them to register will not be generated. Registration Passed: the User completed their registration step. Registration Failed: User registration was unsuccessful because they entered information that differed from what the user had originally registered with. Account Activated: User completed the reescalation and the activation process successfully.
