**[INTRODUCTION]** Hello, My name is Harsh Varshney, and I hail from Aligarh. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce from Agra University, specializing in B.com. Currently, I am employed at IBM India Private Limited, under the payroll of Tennovate Solutions Private Limited in Noida, serving as a Production Support Engineer in the telecom domain for a US client. I bring 2.5 years of experience to my role. In my current project, our work involves utilizing tools such as Unix, Linux, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting. Primarily, we provide support for an ETL tool called Optima. We utilize JIRA for issue tracking. On a daily basis, we manage applications by processing files received from different vendors like Nokia, Cisco, and Ericsson. This involves passing data through an ETL process, validating requests, ensuring successful interpretation, and loading data into databases. We also update information in databases for monitoring and maintain server logs. This data is then analyzed by clients using KPIs. I am responsible for providing daily status updates on issue resolution and data availability to clients via calls. We handle customer tickets related to various issues and escalate internally if needed. Communication channels include WhatsApp, email, calls, and Messenger, with preference given to dedicated communication tools. Additionally, we have a dedicated Incident Management Team that supports us in achieving faster incident resolutions based on priority. I participate in Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for change request approvals. My responsibilities also include automation scripting, conducting case investigations, and performing routine tasks. I mentor my team members using Agile methodologies to enhance productivity. Furthermore, we actively engage in monthly and quarterly activities such as password changes, SSL certificate implementations on Linux servers for handshaking, database backups, and purging activities. *Thank* you for considering my introduction.
