MS Powerpoint File.pptx Extension It is the newer file format introduced with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. It was designed to address some of the limitations of the older PPT format.ppt It is the original PowerPoint file format, and it stands for PowerPoint Presentation. It was introduced with the early versions of Microsoft PowerPoint, and it was used until 2003. The User Interface Creating an Effective Presentation Here are some quick tips in creating an effective presentation: 01 Minimize 03 Simplicity 05 Consistency Visuals 02 Clarity 04 06 Contrast 01 Minimize Minimum Slides Keep slides counts to a minimum to maintain a clear message and keep the audience attentive.
