Fraud: - the crime of obtaining goods, services, or property through deception or trickery Misrepresentation: - misstatement or incomplete statement of a material fact. Breach of contract:- when one party fails to meet the terms of a contract. Practitioners in many professions subscribe to a code of ethics that governs their behavior. 2.An important point to make is that laws do not provide a complete guide to ethical behavior.
