Generate a report that displays peak demand usage over the previous 30 days. 2. Save a report in the Report Library to easily select and re-run in the future. 3. To generate a report, either run it manually, setup an automatic schedule, or define trigger events such as a system disturbance. View the reports in PME, download them in different formats for sharing or storing externally. A report can display the historical data, or it can process data to show patterns and relationships. Report Library Contains all the Reports that are configured in the system. Can be listed individually or they can be organized within folders 2. Reports Inputs panel Shows the inputs for the selected report. Different reports have different input types. Some inputs are preset with default values, others are unassigned. 3. In the Report Library, click Add Report (at the bottom of the report library, or click Add Report in the Options menu). 2. In Add Report - Report Template Selection, find and select the report template you want to use for the new report, and click OK. 3. In the report template, enter and select the input parameters that you want to use for the new report: The number and type of input parameters are report template specific. 4. Click Generate Report to test the report output and adjust the input parameters if necessary. 5. In Report Settings, enter a report Name, select a Location and access permissions, and select which report inputs you want to save with the report. Click Save as New in Report Settings to save the report. In Reports, open the Report Library and navigate to the report you want to share. 2. Right-click the report name or click Options for this report and select Share. This opens the Share Report window. 3. In Share Report, select the User Groups you want to share this report with. 4. Click OK to share this report. Prerequisite: For Sharing to be enabled, at least one user group, in addition to the Global group, must be configured. You can only share reports that have been saved. To share an item with another user group, you must be a member of that group.
