To solve problems involving the addition of whole numbers solving problem GROUP WORK Problem-Solving Carousel Each group will receive a card with an addition problem and a small whiteboard or scratch paper. Set a timer for 3-5 minutes and have each group solve the addition problem on their card. Encourage them to discuss their strategies and ensure everyone in the group understands. When time is up, each group rotates their card to the next group clockwise. They then receive a new card with a different problem to solve. Continue rotating until each group has solved 4-5 problems.
