Priotize where to dedicate their time to reach expected standards and identify opportunities to improve the styling. Always check from the MQ window then go to indoor. We have to do dust round daily to ensure our MQ are clean, looks presentable and inspiring! Always do head to toe check. All the MQ looks must in good quantities. If already out of size need to find replacement and update the MQ looks. Its important to ensure all the lights are working. Planning q Pick all the MQ looks based on the planning pack. Remember to check store quantities of all the pieces before you decide to taking the looks. q Review all the MQ looks to secure the sequence of outfit. q Compile all the looks in powerpoint and submit to VMM and AVM to get the final approval. q Iron / steam all the looks for set-up. Is it primary or secondary composition? Lights q In general we follow 1:1 lighting ratio in our window q 1 spotlight to 1 mannequin. 1 wide light to 1 props (if have) or signage area. q We direct light on to the torso area between chest and neck. MQ Styling q Dress the MQ according the looks you have prepared. q Style the look and apply appropriate styling finishes according to styling details and the dress sense. q Final review and make a small adjustments if needed.
