Process to Login Remark App :- When a user downloads the app, they will see the login page with the following options: 1. Login as an Employee or Employer Employer: Choose this option if you are a recruiter or hiring manager. It allows you to hire candidates and post job openings. Employee: Select this if you are looking for a job. This option lets you view job postings that match your requirements. 2. Sign in with Google Log in easily using your Google account for a quick and convenient sign-in process. 3. Register Yourself The first-time users can manually fill in their details to register. The process is as follows: a. Choose Your Role Candidates and employers can choose their roles as per your requirements. I Want a Job: Select this if you are looking for employment. I Want to Hire: Choose this if you want to post job openings or recruit candidates. b. Enter Your Details Provide your Name and Mobile Number to create your account. Name Mobile Number c. Verify with OTP After entering your details, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile. Enter this OTP to verify your number and complete the registration. This process will help you get started with Remark Jobs smoothly, whether you are looking for a job or hiring candidates. Login As Employer 1. In the Home tab:- You can check your Dashboard with the help of a Pie chart that includes: a. Number of interviews you have done? b. Total Number of Jobs Postings. c. Number of Questionnaires you have created. d. How many Companies do you have? e. How many candidates have you hired? 2. Post New Job:- Employer can post multiple jobs without any time limit boundation: Step 1:- Add Your Company a. You can add new companies or select existing ones for job postings. Step 2:- Job Industry a. Select your industry type, such as Hospitality, IT Contractor, or other fields. Step 2:- Job Description b. Add a job description of a minimum of 150 words manually or with the help of our AI Job Description. 3. Post new Internship: The employer can also post internships for the candidates: 1. Select your company 2. Selected internship title 3. Internship description should contain minimum 150 words using AI or manually typed 4. Internship For – a. Categories i. Example:- Graphics Designer, Data Analyst, Software Developer, and more. 5. Mention the required education level. 6. Indicate seat availability. 7. Specify if the internship is paid. 8. In the Save Job tab, you can save job postings you are interested in for later review. b. The Conversation Tab lets you directly communicate with employers for more information or to schedule interviews. b. The Direct Conversation feature facilitates easy and efficient interactions, helping you get the details you need and arrange interviews seamlessly. 5. Recommended Jobs a. Utilize the AI Job Recommendations feature to receive job recommendations tailored to your profile. b. This feature ensures you get job suggestions that closely match your skills and preferences, helping you find the best opportunities. 6. Interviews a. Access and check your scheduled interviews based on your job applications. This feature lets you easily view and manage interviews that have been set up. b. Complete questionnaires provided by companies as part of the interview process. Regularly update your profile to reflect any changes in your skills, experience, or contact information. a. In This Tab employees have to complete your profile by filling in details such as: i. Name ii. Working Profile iii. Email- Id iv. Mobile Number v. Choose from below options, if you want your Mobile number to display or hide from employers: 1. Yes (Show your Mobile Number To the Hiring Manager) 2. No (Hide your Number) vi. Skills vii. Work Experience 1. Employers can add multiple work experience with their role or position, company name, start and end dates viii. Qualification 1. Employees need to add their educational qualifications ix. Languages: Add known languages x. Address: Employer Add their local address, including state, and city xi. Add your Preferred Job Location xii. Self-Generated Intro: Use the AI-Bio feature to create a compelling intro based on your profile up to 3 times and multiple times if you are doing it manually. 9. Support: Get assistance from the Remark app support team, available Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
