Conversation Recruiters can initiate and manage conversations with shortlisted candidates using the in-app Direct Conversation feature, allowing for seamless communication within the app. Alternatively, recruiters can connect with candidates through traditional methods such as email or phone calls, providing flexibility in their communication approach. The Direct Conversation feature includes an option to start and stop the chat, easily controlled using a switch button on the top bar of the interface. Recruiters can use the chat feature to schedule interviews, discuss job details, or address any questions candidates may have. 2. Schedule Interview Recruiters can schedule Audio-Video interviews for candidates by following these steps: a. Set Interview Date and Time Recruiters can specify or set the date and time for the interview. b. Set Interview Type Recruiters can choose the mode of interview: Video Interview Audio Interview After scheduling, recruiters can check the scheduled interviews in the Menu under the "Interviews" option, where all details of the scheduled interviews are displayed. 3. Reschedule Interviews If recruiters need to reschedule an interview, they can do so by: 1. Updating the Interview Date & Time 2. Providing a Rescheduling Reason Candidates can check their scheduled interviews by going to the Menu and clicking on the relevant options to either accept, reject, or reschedule the interview.
