Distribution of change. Focal, multifocal, diffuse. Localisation – perihilar vs caudodorsal vs cranioventral. Are the changes airway related? What is the alteration in opacity? Take a systematic approach Comment on the diagnostic quality of the radiograph. Answer whether it is diagnostic. Comment on the abnormalities. Try to come up with a list of differentials. On the jamboard, please put different coloured notes for diagnostic quality and then interpretation. CASE 1 3 year old domestic shorthair. Presenting with acute dyspnoea. CASE 1 CASE 1: What intervention should be taken? The following slides show radiographs following initial treatment. CASE 1 CASE 2 5 year old female neutered domestic shorthair. Free roaming outdoor cat. Presented with acute dyspnoea and pyrexia. CASE 2 CASE 3 2 year old, male neutered, domestic shorthair. Presents with chronic coughing. CASE 3 CASE 4 11 year old Golden Retriever. Presented with exercise intolerance with fainting on physical exertion. The owner noted a new cough and reduced appetite. CASE 4 CASE 4 CASE 5 9 year old CKCSp. 3/5 murmur previously noted on clinical examination. Presents for coughing and exercise intolerance. CASE 5
