IMPORTANCE: Personality development grooms an individual and helps him make a mark of his/her own. Personality development goes a long way in reducing stress and conflicts. Personality development helps you develop a positive attitude in life. WHAT IS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT? is learning to earn or maintain professional credentials such as academic degrees to formal coursework, attending conferences, and informal learning opportunities situated in practice. Comes from Greek word ethos which means character Branch of philosophy that focuses on morality and the way in which moral principles are applied to everyday life. deals with the concepts of right and wrong it is theoretical What is ETHICS? It involves systematizing, defending, and recommending concepts of right and wrong behavior. It seeks to resolve questions of human morality by defining concepts such as good and evil, right and wrong, virtue and vice, justice and crime. Questions of Morality: How should we live?
