When the tote arrived workstation, Ops put goods into tote and start receiving in NGW: - Ops choose 'Template' according to physical size - One tote or one partition can contain multiple SKUs - Ops close tote to trigger put-away task to ACR-WCS: - Task ID - Tote ID - Partition\# - SKU - Qty - Lottable01 - Lottable02 - Lottable03 - Lottable06 - Lottable07 - Lottable08 - Lottable09 - Lottable10 - WCS will assign ACR robot to pick tote and move from workstation to storage bin - WCS will trigger put-away completion status to WMS when tote arrived bin location: - API - Task ID - NGW move stock to ACRLOC, trigger put-away confirmation to SWA ### Inbound Exception Handling #### Damage/CIQ/Repackage - RF receive good goods first - Duplicate the line which has damage goods. In the original line, change 'Expected Qty' to good qty. In the new line, change 'Expected Qty' to damage qty and lottable09 to 'Q'. - RF receive the new line - Perform Mass Transfer to change Lottable10 to 'D093'/'D191'/'D192'/'D092' for the new line - WMS trigger EDI to SAP - WMS trigger API to ACR-WCS to update inventory attributes: - SKU - Qty - FromLot01 - FromLot02 - FromLot03 - FromLot06 - FromLot08 - FromLot09 - FromLot10 - ToLot08 - ToLot09 - ToLot10 #### Shortage - RF receive good goods first - Duplicate the line which has shortage goods. In the original line, change 'Expected Qty' to good qty. In the new line, change 'Expected Qty' to shortage qty and lottable09 to 'Q'. - Assign LPN and use normal RF receiving to receive the new line - Perform Mass Transfer to change Lottable10 to 'D094' for the new line - SWA will issue a SO to adjust out the stock #### Excess Ops report excess qty to SWA and SWA will create a new ASN to receive the excess qty #### Wrong SKU Follow the same process as 'Shortage' and 'Excess' #### Discrepancy The discrepancy is happened when Put-away confirmed without 321 (Lottable09=Q) - SWA send Transfer EDI - WMS create SO and ASN (Lottable09 without Q) automatically - Ops allocate and ship SO - Ops perform receiving for corresponding ASN, EDI will be triggered to SWA - API need to be triggered to ACR-WCS to update Lottable09 - SKU - Qty - FromLot01 - FromLot02 - FromLot03 - FromLot06 - FromLot08 - FromLot09 - FromLot10 - ToLot08 - ToLot09 - ToLot10 - ToLoc Outbound Handling ----------------- ### SO #### Orders From SAP SO is created by EDI from SAP - Create Batch Order - Assign Sortation Station - Allocation: Release Wave - Order Picking Wave Create Wave for similar order qty, e.g. one Order one SKU, order pieces from 2-49, 50-299, 300-1000 etc. and separate Order Type, and FG / NON-FG - Allocation: Allocate Wave #### Picking - Order Picking by paper: print Picklist by Order and pick by Order - Batch Picking: print Picklist by Wave and pick by Wave #### Sort to Wall - Applicable for Batch Picking and Multiple Pieces Wave - After SKU scanned, target Sort Loc and Qty to pick will be populated - Put the goods into sort loc and input Qty and Sort Loc to pick & pack order - Order will be picked and packed automatically after Order is completely sorted - Scan sortation station and picking tote ID to start packing - Scan SKU and WMS assign to Order automatically - WMS will request courier shipping\# and print out shipping label #### Normal Scan Pack - When package passing Order Sorter, conveyor WCS will send API to WMS - WCS request: - Package\# (package without shipping label) or - Courier Shipping\# (package with shipping label) - WMS response: - Order\# - Order Type: B2B or B2C, EC - Carrier - Cancelled (if any) - Order sorter sort package to B2B line or B2C line, or cancel line if order is cancelled - Conveyor WCS send corresponding label data to labelling machine - When package passed weighing machine, conveyor WCS send weight data to WMS - Package\# - Weight - Conveyor WCS sort package to corresponding carrier line ### Loading & Shipping #### Orders from SAP - Create Load for each Wave - Print handover documents by Load ID - Send Ship Confirmation EDI to SWA when load closed except Special Sales Order & Transfer #### Orders from OGS Ship request is sent from conveyor-WCS when weighing ### Order Cancellation #### Orders from SAP - Before ship, intercept according to the customer\'s email notification. In WMS, un-pack, un-pick, un-allocate the order - Inform SWA, WMS will trigger Order Cancellation EDI to SAP after order is closed #### Orders from OGS - Cancellation is sent from OGS on order level - Order interception point is at 'Weighing' on conveyor - In WMS, un-pack, un-pick, un-allocate the order #### Cancellation in ACR - WMS send Order Cancellation to ACR-WCS - Order\# - If entire Order has not been started picking in ACR, ACR cancel immediately, and return cancel completion status to WMS - Order\# - Cancel Status: Cancelled - Once ACR started picking, the Order can't be cancelled, picking must be continued and completed at ACR side. After the Order is intercepted, and goods is returned to workstation, select cancelled Order from ACR UI and re-putaway into ACR - ACR-WCS trigger cancel completion status to WMS - Order\# - Cancel Status: Cancelled - WMS perform un-pack, up-pick, un-allocate automatically, EDI need to be triggered for SAP Orders SAP Storage Location Changes ---------------------------- ### Matrix - SWA send EDI to move inventory from main stock D001 to EC stock D002 - Shipment with type 'TOEC' will be generated, then OP do system allocation and ship in NGW.After system shipment , system will generate ASN with type 'TOEC' as well with received qty and toLOC. - All transfer requires physical moving except D001 \ D002 - All transfer can be performed through 'Mass Transfer' except D001 -\> D002 ### Change in WMS - via EDI - via Mass Transfer, to change Lottable10, EDI will be sent to SAP after completion ### Change in ACR-WCS #### WMS trigger API to ACR-WCS WMS will trigger API to ACR-WCS if Lottable08 or Lottable10 is changed - SKU - Qty - FromLot01 - FromLot02 - FromLot03 - FromLot06 - FromLot08 - FromLot09 - FromLot10 - ToLot08 - ToLot09 - ToLot10 - ToLoc #### Physical Moving From/To ACR NOT Required Ops change Lottable10 only D001 to D002: - ACR-WCS update system only and response completion status to WMS directly Other transfer: - If no partial tote transfer found, ACR-WCS change attribute and response completion status to WMS directly - If partial tote transfer found, select task in ACR-WCS UI to retrieve the target tote and another empty tote, pick goods and scan into the empty tote.
