When the tote arrived workstation, Ops put goods into tote and start receiving in NGW: - Ops choose 'Template' according to physical size - One tote or one partition can contain multiple SKUs - Ops close tote to trigger put-away task to ACR-WCS: - Task ID - Tote ID - Partition\# - SKU - Qty - Lottable01 - Lottable02 - Lottable03 - Lottable06 - Lottable07 - Lottable08 - Lottable09 - Lottable10 - WCS will assign ACR robot to pick tote and move from workstation to storage bin - WCS will trigger put-away completion status to WMS when tote arrived bin location: - API - Task ID - NGW move stock to ACRLOC, trigger put-away confirmation to SWA ### Inbound Exception Handling #### Damage/CIQ/Repackage - RF receive good goods first - Duplicate the line which has damage goods. In the original line, change 'Expected Qty' to good qty. In the new line, change 'Expected Qty' to damage qty and lottable09 to 'Q'. - RF receive the new line - Perform Mass Transfer to change Lottable10 to 'D093'/'D191'/'D192'/'D092' for the new line - WMS trigger EDI to SAP - WMS trigger API to ACR-WCS to update inventory attributes: - SKU - Qty - FromLot01 - FromLot02 - FromLot03 - FromLot06 - FromLot08 - FromLot09 - FromLot10 - ToLot08 - ToLot09 - ToLot10 #### Shortage - RF receive good goods first - Duplicate the line which has shortage goods. SWA will issue a SO to adjust out the stock #### Excess Ops report excess qty to SWA and SWA will create a new ASN to receive the excess qty #### Wrong SKU Follow the same process as 'Shortage' and 'Excess' #### Discrepancy The discrepancy is happened when Put-away confirmed without 321 (Lottable09=Q) - SWA send Transfer EDI - WMS create SO and ASN (Lottable09 without Q) automatically - Ops allocate and ship SO - Ops perform receiving for corresponding ASN, EDI will be triggered to SWA - API need to be triggered to ACR-WCS to update Lottable09 - Create Load for each Wave - Print handover documents by Load ID - Send Ship Confirmation EDI to SWA when load closed except Special Sales Order & Transfer #### Orders from OGS Ship request is sent from conveyor-WCS when weighing ### Order Cancellation #### Orders from SAP - Before ship, intercept according to the customer\'s email notification. In WMS, un-pack, un-pick, un-allocate the order - Inform SWA, WMS will trigger Order Cancellation EDI to SAP after order is closed #### Orders from OGS - Cancellation is sent from OGS on order level - Order interception point is at 'Weighing' on conveyor - In WMS, un-pack, un-pick, un-allocate the order #### Cancellation in ACR - WMS send Order Cancellation to ACR-WCS - Order\# - If entire Order has not been started picking in ACR, ACR cancel immediately, and return cancel completion status to WMS - Order\# - Cancel Status: Cancelled - Once ACR started picking, the Order can't be cancelled, picking must be continued and completed at ACR side.
