# Government of Jammu and Kashmir ## Office of the District Development Commissioner, Bandipora OFFICE: 2nd BLOCK, MINI SECRETARIAT BANDIPORA/ email: [email protected] ## Subject:- Conduct of Sugamya Yatra 2025 on 7th February 2025. ## ORDER In order to ensure smooth conduct of upcoming Sugamya Yatra- 2025 scheduled to be held on 7th of February 2025, the following assignments are hereby ordered :- | S. No | Activity | Designated Nodal officer | Remarks | |---|---|---|---| | 01 | Conduct of mass awareness camps about the Rights of Persons with Disabilities | PO ICDS Bandipora, SDM SUMBAL/ GUREZ | The PO ICDS shall monitor the activities in Sub division Bandipora and SDMs in their respective jurisdictions. | | 02 | Visits to identified Public Places such as Govt. Offices, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Religious Places, Tourist destinations etc. | PO ICDS Bandipora, SDM SUMBAL /GUREZ | Respective Nodal officers shall constitute teams who shall visit the places and conduct the accessibility audit. | Further, the following instructions shall be ensured:- 1. Members of the team shall download "Yes To Access" application and upload all the information on the application. The use of the application will begin at key points including the entrances, parking areas, signages, directions and other relevant locations. 2. The teams constituted shall also populate the google sheet (enclosed). 3. The accessibility audit shall be conducted in friendly and amicable manner without putting the persons in charge of those buildings/facilities to any kind of threat or any embarrassment. 4. Teams should include representatives from different categories of persons with disabilities, NGOs, activities and advocates working for the issues of PWDs. 5.
